We have a few new faces! When you stop in our office please say hello to our new office staff member, Adriana Thomas, and Dental Assistant, Capri Guidotti! Bios will be coming soon!
Denise earned her AS from the University of Bridgeport’s Fones School of Dental Hygiene and started at this location with Dr. Baron in 1980. She has a commendable 34 years of experience! When asked what she loves about Healthy Smiles she wrote, “Each day is different and rewarding. I like getting to know our patients and see them grow into young adults.” When she is not making her patients happy and comfortable while meeting their dental needs she enjoys visiting the beach, listening to music, cooking and exercising. She is happily married with two children, and is an avid sports fan, especially of Red Sox baseball and UConn basketball
Geraldine Provencher- Registered Dental Hygienist
Geraldine joins us on occasional Mondays to assist with Dental Hygiene. She has her Associates in Science, and brings over 45 years experience to our team. She uses her experience and knowledge making every child in her chair as comfortable as possible and providing a positive and healthy experience for parent and child. She enjoys the child friendly environment, and the fact that her co-workers sincerely love their jobs, making their days together enjoyable, and providing her patients with a pleasant and fun atmosphere. When asked what makes her a perfect fit for her job she responds, “ I love working with children; learning their personalities and watching them grow into young adults.” Geraldine and her husband have celebrated over 40 years together. She has two daughters, who are both teachers (2nd grade and High School), two wonderful son-in-laws and three (so far!) grandchildren. When not encouraging healthy smiles or chasing her young grandchildren, she enjoys reading, gardening visiting with friends and traveling.
Sarah handles the bookkeeping responsibilities for Healthy Smiles. She has been working in dental administration for over 10 years and enjoys the challenge of taking on different responsibilities around the office. She loves working with our animated, interactive team. She enjoys reading, watching football (go Giants!) and hiking with her husband and two young children.
